SPACE

by DAN BRONFELD

Architecture shapes the places we live in.
Cinema lets us imagine the lives they might hold.

I'm Dan Bronfeld. I bring my love of cinema and storytelling to the spaces we inhabit, and those we have yet to build.

Films for existing architecture, interiors and exceptional homes.

01Architectural Portrait · Tel Aviv–Jaffa · Israel

JAFFA ROOFHOUSE

Credits: Ben Gitai

Published on ArchDaily

In the heart of Old Jaffa, between the Mediterranean Sea and the city's historic fabric, stands a home where the boundaries between indoors and outdoors begin to blur.

Curved walls made of earth and straw, natural light shifting throughout the day, and openings connecting the spaces create a sense of movement and flow.

02Residential Film · Tel Aviv - Jaffa· Israel

NIKANOR

Website

A duplex residence in Jaffa, where light, form, and architectural details create a distinct visual language.

The film explores the interplay between light and form, lines and surfaces, revealing how architecture transforms and unfolds as light moves through the space.

03Architecture & Landscape · Mitzpa Ramon · Israel

LANDROOM

Credits: Ben Gitai

Published on Divisare

Architecture never exists in isolation.

On the edge of the Ramon Crater, in the heart of the desert landscape, stands Landroom, an intimate observation structure built from local earth and sand. The structure blends into its surroundings, inviting visitors to experience the landscape from a new perspective.

AI Architectural Films

Some places exist first in our imagination.

Cinematic films for projects in development, created from existing architectural visualizations or developed from plans and concepts.

04AI Architectural Film · Residential Development

THE INDEPENDENCE, JERUSALEM

Credits: Noga Group

How do we experience a place before it exists?

Working from architectural visualizations, the film transforms a future residential development into a cinematic experience, inviting us to imagine life within it.

05AI & Live-Action Architectural Film

ZISS ARCHITECTS

A cinematic vision of a development yet to be built.

Combining live-action photography, architectural visualization and AI, the film connects the world as it is with the world as it might become.

A Filmmaker's Perspective

I'm Dan Bronfeld, a filmmaker and cinematographer educated at the American Film Institute in Los Angeles. My films have been screened at international film festivals.

My fascination with architecture began long before my career in cinema. Working with acclaimed filmmaker Amos Gitai, who holds a PhD in Architecture from UC Berkeley, deepened my interest in the relationship between the two disciplines.

To me, cinema and architecture share a fundamental concern with space, movement, perspective and human experience. Today, I bring this cinematic perspective to architectural filmmaking, creating films for spaces that exist and those yet to be built.

From the initial concept to the finished film, I bring creative direction, cinematography, AI and post-production together under one roof.
